We use unrated coir fiber as the main ingredient to manufacture our rubberized coir sheets. To effectively utilize the resilliency of the fibre material, we extract and curl it mechanically. We use vulcanized rubber to bond fibres to each other and to keep fibers in position. Our coir sheets are made by 100% natural and quality rubber latex containning compounding ingredients according to the requirements of this specification.
